The short version
9OneFour is a rapid product development and short-run manufacturing shop in Burlington, Ontario. We take ideas, files, broken parts, and sketches — and turn them into real, functional components using production 3D printing, scanning, and CAD.
How we work
We keep it simple. You tell us what you need. We figure out how to make it, quote it honestly, and build it quickly. No sales process, no account managers, no six-week lead times. Most quotes go out within a day. Most parts ship within a week.
We're set up for speed and iteration. If the first version needs changes, we adjust and reprint — no tooling to redo, no molds to modify. This is how modern product development should work: fast, flexible, and grounded in real parts you can hold and test.

Industrial FDM/FFF in nylon, PETG, ASA, TPU, carbon and glass fiber composites.
3D Scanning
Structured light scanning at 0.2mm resolution for reverse engineering and inspection.
CAD & Reverse Engineering
From scan data, sketches, or ideas to production-ready 3D models.
Small-Batch Production
10-500+ units with assembly, hardware, finishing, and packaging.
Location
We're based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Local pickup is available. We ship across Canada and the US.
